How to Make Fruit Juice By a Blender

As part of a healthy diet, fruits play an important role. Making fruit juices allows your body to get its needed fruits on a daily basis. Plus, fresh fruit juice is a tasty treat that won't hurt you waist line. With a blender and a few fresh fruits you can create fruit juice with just a few minutes of your time.

Instructions

Step 01
Wash and remove peels from fruits that have inedible peels, such as pineapples and bananas.
Step 02
Cut up the fruits and remove large seeds that can be found in fruits such as oranges and apples. Smaller seeds from fruit such as strawberries can be removed after blending by using a strainer.
Step 03
Add the cut up fruits to the blender. You may choose to add water. Most fresh fruits, especially pineapples and oranges, contain enough juice that you don't need water.
Step 04
Strain the blended juice through a fine mesh strainer to remove seeds and fruit pulp. Using a spoon; mash the pulp to squeeze the remaining juice through the strainer.
Step 05
Add artificial sweetener as desired to sweeten the taste of the juice. If the fruit juice is a little bitter, adding a little artificial sweetener will give the fruit juice a sweeter taste without adding calories.
